Introduction: Building a Real Estate Brand from the Ground Up
How much organic visibility can a real estate brand build in only three months?
This case study follows the early digital growth of Urban Keys Real Estate Athens, a real estate business focused on the Athens and Attica property market.
This project isn’t simply about generating website traffic or accumulating social media views. The broader objective is to build a recognizable real estate brand across Google Search, social media platforms, video content, and relevant third-party websites, while gradually turning that visibility into qualified property inquiries and business opportunities.
Although the Urban Keys project began earlier, the website urban-keys.has been operating with consistent SEO, content creation, and digital marketing activity for about three months at the time of this first Review.
This makes the project a useful real-world real estate digital marketing case study.
Rather than presenting theoretical marketing advice, this article will document actual results, statistics, and observations collected from:
- Google Search Console
- Google Search results
- YouTube
- TikTok
- X
- Real estate portals and relevant external websites
The results will be reviewed again at two important milestones: six months and twelve months.
The Urban Keys Real Estate Athens Project
Urban Keys Real Estate Athens operates in the Athens real estate market, supporting property owners, buyers, tenants, and investors across residential and commercial real estate.
From a digital marketing perspective, the challenge was clear:
How can a relatively new real estate website build authority and organic visibility in a highly competitive market without depending exclusively on paid advertising?
The strategy was designed around several interconnected channels rather than treating SEO, social media, and video marketing as separate activities.
The main areas of focus include:
Search Engine Optimization
The website is being developed around relevant real estate search topics such as:
- Athens real estate
- properties in Athens
- property for sale in Athens
- apartments for rent in Athens
- commercial real estate Athens
- real estate investment in Greece
- property valuation
- real estate agency Athens
- Urban Keys Real Estate Athens
The objective is to increase both non-branded search visibility and branded Google searches over time.
Educational Content Marketing
A growing part of the strategy is based on useful, evergreen information rather than only publishing property listings.
Articles and videos cover topics such as property purchases, sales, valuations, auctions, renovation programs, investment opportunities, and changes affecting the Greek real estate market.
The goal is simple:
Answer real questions that property owners, buyers,s and investors are already asking.
Educational real estate content can generate search visibility while also helping a brand demonstrate expertise before a potential client makes contact.
Organic Social Media as Part of SEO
Social media is not being used only for immediate reach.
Each platform has a different role within the wider organic digital marketing strategy.
Facebook and Instagram support brand awareness and property discovery.
TikTok is being tested primarily with short educational and location-based content.
YouTube combines short-form video with longer educational and property-related content, while also providing an additional opportunity to appear directly in Google Search results.
Pinterest is being developed as an evergreen visual search channel.
LinkedIn supports professional authority and business positioning.
X is used for timely real estate information, location-based topics, and searchable brand mentions.
Across these platforms, the full brand name Urban Keys Real Estate Athens is increasingly used consistently to strengthen brand recognition and help search engines associate the business with real estate in Athens, Greece.
The First Three Months: Why This Is Only the Baseline
Three months is a very short period when evaluating organic SEO growth.
New websites require time to build:
- indexed pages
- topical relevance
- backlinks and external mentions
- branded searches
- historical engagement data
- authority around specific search topics
For that reason, this first report should not be interpreted as the final result of the campaign.
It is the Baseline.
The more important question is: what happens when the same organic strategy is applied consistently for six months and then for a full year?
This case study will therefore follow three stages:
Stage 1 — 3-Month Baseline
Initial SEO visibility, social baseline performance, and Google search presence.
Stage 2 — 6-Month Milestone
Comparison of organic traffic, search impressions, rankings, platform reach, and branded visibility.
Stage 3 — 12-Month Milestone
A complete first-year review of SEO growth, social media reach, Google presence, content performance,e and lead-generation potential.
This approach allows us to evaluate digital marketing based on real long-term data rather than short-term impressions.
What Will Be Measured
Throughout the case study, we will monitor several key performance indicators, including:
- Google Search impressions
- Organic clicks
- Search queries
- Average Google positions
- Branded searches for Urban Keys Real Estate Athens
- Indexed social media results
- Organic video views
- Engagement
- Website referrals
- Growth of Google search-result presence
- Leads and property inquiries where measurable
One particularly important metric will be the brand’s Google SERP footprint: how many relevant search results connected with Urban Keys Real Estate Athens appear across the first pages of Google.
The objective is not merely to rank one website.
The objective is to create a broader digital presence where potential clients searching for Urban Keys Real Estate Athens can discover the brand through the official website, social platforms, videos, real estate portals, and relevant third-party websites.
3-Month Google Search Console Performance
One of the clearest ways to measure the early organic growth of Urban Keys Real Estate Athens is through Google Search Console.
During the first approximately three months of consistent website development, SEO, and content publishing, urban-key gr generated 124 organic clicks and approximately 5,640 Google Search impressions.s. gr generated 124 organic clicks and approximately 5,640 Google Search impressions.gr generated 124 organic clicks and approximately 5,640 Google Search impressions.
The average click-through rate was 2.2%, while the average Google Search position across all recorded queries was 9.3.
For a relatively new real estate website, the most important observation at this stage is not the absolute number of clicks. It is the rate at which search visibility is expanding.
Organic Search Growth by Month
June 2026
11 clicks
333 impressions
3.3% CTR
Average position: 8.5
July 2026
42 clicks
1,624 impressions
2.59% CTR
Average position: 10.4
August 2026
64 clicks
3,376 impressions
1.9% CTR
Average position: 8.8
Between June and August, organic clicks increased by approximately 482%, while Google Search impressions increased by approximately 914%.
This is a useful early signal that Google is discovering and displaying more pages from the website across more real estate-related searches.
The September data should not yet be compared with full months, as the current Search Console export includes only the first two days of September.
Which Pages Are Already Generating Organic Visibility?
The data also shows that organic visibility is not concentrated only on the homepage.
Several educational articles are already generating meaningful Google Search impressions.
Among the strongest pages are:
- Cost of Buying Property in Greece — 1,333 impressions
- Golden Visa Greece: Commercial to Residential — 1,102 impressions
- Objective Property Value — 730 impressions
- Renovate and Rent Program — 397 impressions
- How Property Valuation Works — 358 impressions
- Apartment Renovation Subsidies — 330 impressions
This is particularly important for the content strategy.
It suggests that informational real estate content can begin attracting search visibility even before a new website has developed significant domain authority.
The Cost of Buying Property in Greece article, for example, already appears across more than 1,300 Google Search impressions. In comparison, the Golden Visa-related article has generated more than 1,100 impressions and 21 organic clicks.
This supports one of the central ideas behind the project:
A real estate website should not rely exclusively on property listings.
Educational content can create additional entry points into the website by answering questions that potential buyers, owners, and investors are already searching for.
Early Branded Search Signals
Another important development is the appearance of branded searches.
Search Console has already recorded queries such as:
“urban keys”
16 clicks from 36 impressions
44.44% CTR
“urban keys real estate”
9 clicks from 18 impressions
50% CTR
“urban keys estate agent”
1 click from 1 impression
Across these visible branded queries, the website generated 26 clicks from 55 impressions.
The volume is still small, which is expected at this stage.
However, branded searches are particularly valuable because they indicate that some users are no longer searching only for generic terms such as “real estate Athens” or “property valuation”.
They are actively searching for the brand itself.
One of the long-term objectives of the project is therefore to increase searches for the full brand name:
Urban Keys Real Estate Athens
Mobile Search Is Already Producing More Clicks
Device data also reveals an interesting pattern.
Mobile devices generated:
78 clicks from 2,278 impressions — 3.42% CTR
Desktop generated:
43 clicks from 3,277 impressions — 1.31% CTR
Although desktop currently receives more impressions, mobile users are producing significantly more clicks and a higher click-through rate.
This reinforces the importance of:
- mobile website speed
- clear property information
- readable article layouts
- strong mobile titles and descriptions
- fast contact options
- mobile-friendly video and visual content
For a real estate business, where users frequently search while traveling, viewing neighborhoods, or comparing properties on their phones, mobile performance is particularly important.
Early International Visibility
Most organic clicks currently come from Greece, as expected.
Google Search Console recorded:
Greece: 114 clicks / 3,601 impressions
However, the website is also already receiving impressions from international markets including:
- United States
- United Kingdom
- Netherlands
- United Arab Emirates
- Canada
- France
- Turkey
- Albania
At this stage, these numbers should not be overstated.
They are still early signals, not evidence of established international traffic.
Nevertheless, they are relevant because Urban Keys Real Estate Athens also targets international buyers and investors interested in property opportunities in Athens and Greece.
What the First 3 Months Tell Us
The first three months do not prove long-term SEO success.
They do, however, establish a measurable baseline.
The data currently shows three encouraging signals:
1. Google Search visibility is expanding quickly.
Impressions increased from 333 in June to 3,376 in August.
2. Educational articles are becoming important organic entry points.
Several informational pages already generate hundreds or more than one thousand impressions.
3. Branded searches are beginning to appear.
Users are starting to search directly for Urban Keys and Urban Keys Real Estate.
The next question is whether this trajectory continues as the website approaches its 6-month Milestone.
That Milestone is the first major checkpoint of this case study.

Facebook Organic Reels Performance
Facebook has been used as one of the main organic distribution channels for Urban Keys Real Estate Athens, particularly through short-form video content.
At this stage of the project, the Facebook Reels shown in this case study have been distributed organically, without paid boosting.
The early data provides a useful baseline for understanding how a relatively new real estate brand can generate reach through consistent short-form content.
Current Organic Reach Baseline
Across the visible sample of Urban Keys Real Estate Athens Facebook Reels, most videos currently generate approximately:
200–300 organic views per Reel. Several stronger-performing videos have reached approximately:
300–440 organic views
The strongest early outliers have exceeded:
1,000 organic views
with individual Reels reaching approximately 1K–1.1K views without paid promotion.
For a new real estate brand still building its audience, these outliers are particularly interesting because they suggest that Facebook can distribute selected content well beyond the existing follower base.
What Type of Facebook Reels Perform Better?
One early pattern appears repeatedly across the content.
Reels using real locations, street footage, neighborhood views, and actual properties tend to perform better than highly polished or static promotional graphics.
This supports a simple but important principle:
Real estate content performs better when it feels connected to a real place.
Examples include:
- neighbourhood footage
- property exteriors
- streets and commercial areas
- real apartment interiors
- location-based hooks
- short educational questions
- simple text overlays explaining the topic immediately
This type of content provides both local context and visual authenticity.
Educational Content vs Direct Selling
Another important part of the Facebook strategy is gradually shifting toward content that provides information before asking the viewer to take action.
Instead of publishing only:
“Property for sale”
or
“Apartment for rent”
the content strategy increasingly includes questions such as:
What is happening in the Athens property market?
How much does buying a property really cost?
How is a property valuation calculated?
Are there renovation subsidies available?
Educational content allows Urban Keys Real Estate Athens to appear not only as a property advertiser, but also as a source of practical real estate information.
This is important for long-term brand awareness.
Why Organic Facebook Reach Matters
Organic Facebook reach should not be evaluated only through direct leads.
In this project, Facebook also contributes to a broader digital footprint.
Public Facebook pages, videos, and brand mentions may appear in Google Search results, creating another searchable touchpoint for Urban Keys Real Estate Athens.
This means that one piece of content can potentially serve several purposes:
Organic Facebook reach → Brand awareness → Google visibility → Website discovery
The long-term objective is therefore not simply to maximize Reel views.
It is to create repeated, consistent brand signals across multiple platforms.
Facebook Baseline for the 6-Month Review
The current results will be used as the initial benchmark:
Typical organic Reel: approximately 200–300 views
Strong organic Reel: approximately 300–440 views
Breakout organic Reel: 1,000+ views
At the 6-month Milestone, we will compare:
- average organic Reel reach
- number of 500+ view Reels
- number of 1,000+ view Reels
- engagement
- content categories
- referral traffic where measurable
- Google indexing of Facebook content
This will help determine whether consistent publishing increases the account’s organic distribution capacity over time.

YouTube Organic Video Performance
YouTube is becoming an important part of Urban Keys Real Estate Athens’ organic content strategy.
The channel is being used for several different types of content, including:
- property presentations
- neighborhood and location videos
- educational real estate content
- recruitment videos
- commercial property marketing
- English-language content for international audiences
At this early stage, performance varies significantly by topic.
One particularly strong example is a location-based video filmed in Monastiraki, Athens, which reached approximately 1,410 views organically.
By comparison, several other visible long-form videos in the same period generated between approximately 5 and 60 views.
This difference is important.
It suggests that YouTube viewers may respond more strongly to content that combines:
real locations + authentic footage + recognizable Athens landmarks + simple storytelling
rather than content that functions only as a traditional property advertisement.
Location Content as a Discovery Tool
The Monastiraki video is particularly interesting because it doesn’t rely on a direct property sales message.
Instead, it presents a recognizable Athens location and everyday activity around it.
This type of content can introduce Urban Keys Real Estate Athens to users who may not be searching for a specific property yet.
The marketing path becomes:
Athens-related content → Viewer discovery → Brand awareness → Real estate interest
This creates a broader organic audience than property listings alone.
YouTube as Part of Google SEO
YouTube also has an additional advantage within this project.
Videos published by Urban Keys Real Estate Athens are already beginning to appear in Google Search results for relevant branded and real estate-related searches.
This means YouTube content can contribute to two separate discovery channels:
YouTube Search and Recommendations
and
Google Search
The objective is therefore not simply to generate views inside YouTube.
The broader strategy is to create video assets that can occupy additional positions across Google search results and strengthen the digital footprint of Urban Keys Real Estate Athens.
Search-First Video Titles
For this reason, video titles increasingly use clear search language such as:
Real Estate in Athens, Greece
Commercial Property in Athens
Apartment for Rent in Athens
Urban Keys Real Estate Athens
and specific neighborhood or property-location keywords.
This helps search engines understand both the video’s subject and its connection to the Athens real estate market.
What the Early YouTube Data Suggests
The first months provide three useful observations:
1. Location-based content can outperform direct property marketing.
The Monastiraki video, with approximately 1.4K views, is an early example.
2. Real-world footage may have stronger discovery potential.
Videos showing recognizable locations neighborhoodss, neighborhoods, and everyday Athens activity can attract users beyond immediate buyers or tenants.
3. YouTube can support Google brand visibility.
Indexed YouTube videos provide additional search-result assets for Urban Keys Real Estate Athens, helping the brand occupy more space across Google.
At the 6-month Milestone, we will compare:
- total channel views
- highest-performing videos
- organic views by content type
- YouTube Search traffic
- Google-indexed videos
- Shorts vs long-form performance
- website referral traffic
- branded searches

YouTube Shorts: Early Organic Reach
Short-form video is also being tested as a separate discovery channel for Urban Keys Real Estate Athens.
Early results show significant variation by topic and hook.
One property-focused Short featuring a €70,000 commercial property in central Athens reached approximately 1,154 organic views. At the same time, other Shorts in the same period generated results ranging from a few dozen views to approximately 200 views.
Examples from the visible sample include:
- Commercial property in central Athens — 1,154 views
- Commercial building on Kifisou Avenue — 198 views
- €1.1M commercial building — 152 views
- Business for sale in Athens — 124 views
- Apartment for rent — 71 views
- Commercial property in Piraeus — 50 views
These early results suggest that price-led hooks, clear property value propositions, and highly specific real estate opportunities can significantly increase discovery potential on YouTube Shorts.
For Urban Keys Real Estate Athens, Shorts therefore serve two purposes:
Immediate organic reach
and
additional searchable video assets that may later appear across YouTube and Google Search.
At the 6-month Milestone, Shorts will be evaluated separately from long-form video to compare reach, search visibility, engagement, and website discovery.

YouTube Videos Appearing in Google Search
One of the most important early outcomes of the Urban Keys Real Estate Athens content strategy is that YouTube videos are already appearing directly in Google Search results.
For the branded search:
“urban keys Athens”
Google is displaying multiple Urban Keys assets, including:
- YouTube videos
- the English website
- Instagram content
- other branded search results
This is significant because the project’s objective is not to rank only one website.
The wider goal is to create a search-result ecosystem around the brand.
When a potential client searches for Urban Keys Real Estate Athens, the ideal result is to see several relevant brand touchpoints across the first pages of Google.
YouTube plays an important role in this strategy because a single video can potentially generate visibility through:
YouTube Search → YouTube Recommendations → Google Search
This creates additional opportunities for brand discovery without relying on paid advertising.
Building a Larger Google SERP Footprint
The screenshot below demonstrates how video content can occupy additional Google Search positions alongside the main website.
Visible results include:
Real Estate in Athens, Greece | Buy, Sell & Invest | Urban Keys
and
Αναζητούμε Μεσίτες στα Δυτικά Προάστια Αθηνών | Urban Keys
alongside the Urban Keys Real Estate Athens English website and Instagram content.
This supports an important part of the organic strategy:
The more relevant, well-optimized assets a brand publishes across trusted platforms, the more opportunities it has to appear across Google Search.
The long-term objective is therefore to strengthen the association between:
Urban Keys Real Estate Athens → Athens → Real Estate → Property Services → Investment

Instagram Organic Reach: Still at an Early Stage
Instagram is currently one of the weaker organic reach channels for Urban Keys Real Estate Athens.
In the visible sample of recent Reels, views range from approximately 29 to 143, with the stronger-performing videos reaching around:
Several other Reels remain below 100 views.
At this stage, Instagram is therefore not being evaluated primarily as a high-reach platform.
Instead, its role is currently focused on:
- consistent brand presence
- visual real estate content
- local property discovery
- reinforcement of Urban Keys Real Estate Athens
- indexed social content appearing in Google Search
- long-term audience building
Why Instagram Still Matters for SEO and Brand Visibility
Despite the relatively modest organic Reel views, Instagram is already appearing in Google Search results for branded queries related to Urban Keys Real Estate Athens.
This is strategically important.
Instagram’s value in this project isn’t limited to in-app reach.
A public Instagram profile and individual indexed posts can become additional Google Search touchpoints for the brand.
The objective is therefore broader than immediate engagement:
Instagram content → Brand consistency → Google indexing → Branded search visibility
For this reason, titles, captions, and profile descriptions increasingly use consistent search language such as:
Urban Keys Real Estate Athens
Athens Real Estate
Real Estate Greece
Properties in Athens
alongside the dedicated brand hashtag:
#UrbanKeysAthens
What Will Be Measured at the 6-Month Milestone?
Instagram will be reviewed again based on:
- average Reel views
- highest-performing Reels
- profile visits
- follower growth
- engagement
- website clicks
- indexed Instagram posts in Google Search
- branded visibility for Urban Keys Real Estate Athens
The current results should be considered the Baseline, not the final performance level.

TikTok Organic Reach and Educational Content Performance
TikTok is currently one of the strongest short-form discovery channels being tested for Urban Keys Real Estate Athens.
Unlike traditional property advertising, the TikTok strategy increasingly focuses on short videos that combine:
- real Athens locations
- neighbourhood footage
- practical real estate information
- educational questions
- simple visual hooks
- consistent Urban Keys Real Estate Athens branding
In the visible organic sample, several videos are generating approximately 250–400 views, while stronger videos have reached significantly higher levels.
Recent examples include videos reaching approximately:
- multiple videos between approximately 250 and 400 views
This suggests that TikTok currently has a stronger capacity than Instagram to distribute selected Urban Keys content beyond the immediate follower base.
Educational Content Performs Differently from Direct Property Promotion
One of the most important observations from the TikTok strategy is that short-form content does not always need to sell a property directly.
Videos addressing questions such as:
How difficult is it to find a rental property in Athens?
What does it really cost to buy property in Greece? Or showing authentic neighborhood footage can create broader discovery potential.
The objective is to provide useful information first and introduce the brand naturally within the content.
This creates a different marketing path:
Useful content → Viewer attention → Brand recognition → Future property interest
For Urban Keys Real Estate Athens, this approach is particularly valuable because it supports both reach and long-term brand awareness.
Real Locations and Authentic Footage
The visible TikTok results also reinforce a pattern seen on other platforms.
Real-world footage of:
- Athens streets
- neighbourhoods
- commercial areas
- property exteriors
- recognizable locations
can generate stronger discovery than purely static promotional creatives.
TikTok rewards immediate visual context, making the first seconds of the video especially important.
The strongest videos therefore tend to communicate the topic or location quickly, before asking the viewer to take any action.
Separating Organic and Paid TikTok Performance
For this case study, organic and promoted TikTok videos are measured separately.
This distinction is essential.
A promoted video can generate significantly more views, but those results should not be used as evidence of organic distribution.
The objective of this report is to understand how much visibility Urban Keys Real Estate Athens can build naturally through consistent content production.
Paid promotion may be analyzed separately at a later stage.
TikTok Baseline for the 6-Month Review
The current visible data provides an early benchmark:
Typical organic video: approximately 250–400 views
Strong organic video: 600+ views
Organic breakout: approximately 1.4K–1.5K views
At the 6-month Milestone, we will compare:
- average organic views
- number of 500+ view videos
- number of 1,000+ view videos
- watch time
- retention
- educational vs property-listing performance
- profile visits
- website discovery
- branded search growth
The objective is not simply to increase TikTok views.
The goal is to determine which short-form content formats can consistently generate attention for Urban Keys Real Estate Athens.

Pinterest: Evergreen Organic Visibility
Pinterest is being used differently from the faster-moving social platforms in the Urban Keys Real Estate Athens strategy.
The objective is not immediate viral reach.
Instead, Pinterest is being developed as an evergreen visual discovery channel, where property content, educational real estate posts, and location-based videos can continue generating impressions over a longer period.
In the current visible sample, several Pins have generated approximately:
- 94 impressions
- 65 impressions
- 64 impressions
- 59 impressions
- 52 impressions
- 43 impressions
Engagement is still relatively limited, typically ranging from approximately 0 to 2 interactions on the visible Pins.
At this early stage, these numbers are modest compared with TikTok or Facebook.
However, Pinterest should not be evaluated using the same short-term performance model.
Why Pinterest Is Different
Content on platforms such as TikTok or Facebook can receive most of its distribution shortly after publication.
Pinterest behaves more like a visual search engine.
A Pin can remain discoverable through:
- keyword searches
- related content recommendations
- board discovery
- external search engines
- long-tail interest over time
For this reason, Pinterest content is being created with an evergreen SEO approach rather than only short-term social engagement.
The strategy includes:
Search-focused Pin titles
Keyword-rich descriptions
Relevant destination URLs
Descriptive image alt text
Athens and real estate terminology
and consistent use of the full brand name:
Urban Keys Real Estate Athens
Property Content and Educational Pins
Pinterest is being used for several content categories:
- apartments for rent in Athens
- commercial properties
- property sales
- Athens neighborhood content
- property valuation information
- renovation and subsidy content
- real estate educational articles
- real estate career and recruitment content
Each Pin can link directly to a relevant property page, article, YouTube video, or section of the Urban Keys Real Estate Athens website.
This creates a potential discovery path such as:
Pinterest Search → Pin → Website → Property or Educational Content
Pinterest as a Long-Tail SEO Asset
The value of Pinterest within this project may become clearer over a longer measurement period.
Rather than asking:
“How many views did this Pin receive today?”
the more useful question is:
“Can this Pin continue generating impressions, searches,s and referral traffic several weeks or months after publication?”
That is why Pinterest will be evaluated differently at the 6-month and 12-month milestones.
The key metrics will include:
- total impressions
- outbound clicks
- saves
- engagement
- best-performing evergreen Pins
- website referral traffic
- Google indexing where measurable
- performance of educational vs property content
For Urban Keys Real Estate Athens, Pinterest is therefore being treated primarily as a long-tail organic discovery channel rather than a fast-reach social network.

X: Building Search Visibility Before Audience Scale
X is currently one of the smallest social channels in the Urban Keys Real Estate Athens ecosystem in terms of audience size.
At the time of this Review, the account has only 2 followers, despite having already published more than 130 posts.
From a traditional social media perspective, this would appear to be a very early-stage account.
However, the platform is still producing an important result:
The Urban Keys Real Estate Athens X profile is already appearing in Google Search results for branded queries.
This demonstrates that the value of a social platform should not always be measured only by follower count.
For this project, X is also being used as a searchable brand asset.
Search-First Posting on X
Posts are increasingly structured around:
- clear property or market topics
- specific Athens locations
- short keyword-focused titles
- relevant website links
- the full brand name Urban Keys Real Estate Athens
- focused hashtags rather than large hashtag groups
The dedicated brand hashtag:
#UrbanKeysAthens
is used to reinforce the connection between the brand and its geographic market.
When a currently popular hashtag is genuinely relevant to a property, neighborhood, or topic, it may also be included.
However, unrelated trending hashtags are deliberately avoided.
The objective is relevance, not artificial reach.
The Effect of Relevant Local Topics
One early observation came from a post using the local hashtag:
#Κυψέλη
At the time, the hashtag was receiving stronger attention on X, and the related Urban Keys post generated noticeably more organic views than several surrounding posts.
This does not prove that the hashtag alone caused the increase.
However, it suggests that combining:
real estate content + relevant location + current local interest
may improve discovery potential.
This will continue to be tested over a larger sample of posts.
Why X Still Matters With Only Two Followers
The most interesting result is that Google is already indexing the X profile despite its very small follower base.
For a new brand, this creates another search-result touchpoint:
Google Search → X profile → Urban Keys Real Estate Athens
The account therefore contributes to a wider organic SERP strategy even before it develops a significant native audience.
This supports one of the main principles of the case study:
Audience size and Google search visibility are not always the same thing.
A small social account can still contribute to brand discovery if its profile and content are publicly indexable and consistently optimized.
X Baseline for the 6-Month Review
At the 6-month Milestone, the platform will be evaluated using:
- organic post views
- follower growth
- engagement
- profile visits
- website clicks
- performance of location-based hashtags
- branded searches
- Google indexing of the X profile and posts
The objective is to determine whether consistent search-first posting can gradually increase both native X reach and the broader Google footprint of Urban Keys Real Estate Athens.
