A pragmatic approach to a modern business concern.
The situation today is a brief description.
–The value of a company is the present value of future cash inflows.

The competitive position of each small or medium-sized business, with a physical presence or even only through the internet (E-shop), depends on the factors that shape the competitive environment in which the company operates, always about its competitors, but also external factors that directly affect it.
The ongoing economic crises that started in September 1999 (with the dissolution of Yugoslavia, Nostradame prophecy) were preceded by the dissolution of the former Soviet Union and the ongoing geopolitical, economic, political, and financial crises, which led to today, May 2023, to the establishment of unstable environment we are experiencing, so that an entrepreneur-leader cannot quickly and reliably formulate an effective business plan for more than a year or two.
Nevertheless, analyzing all the forces that affect and develop in this environment (toxic or not, time and the “postmortem” will show) in which a company operates constitutes the study and basis of a Competitive strategy.
A long-term strategy with constant updates and changes, a plan, a vision, and an idea (a hope lost amid time, an Autumn afternoon) that will inspire the entrepreneur will feed him with a confidence database, evidence, and sound and documented research.
And these are none other than the political situation of the country in which it operates, the policies it observes and implements for businesses and the incentives, intangible and material, for new entrants, the ability of the broads to consume, the evolving perception of the market and products, the, i.e., mature consumer awareness and other parameters that the entrepreneur is not in a position to influence or control.
Among many other and often conflicting roles is to communicate the development plan to his partners to inspire them to implement the idea and make it a reality.
And this is because, once they sink, they will all go to the bottom together, i.e., diffusion of collective responsibility.
From purely personal experience and as a Digital Marketing expert, I have to add in addition to the theoretical position above that if in the past new businesses had few or minimal chances of survival, now it is even more complex and will become more difficult since we are in a violent change in the international business environment, model and the Status Quo we knew.
Everything around us is constantly changing, with the most significant problem centering on the collective bad psychology of consumers due to accuracy, increased inflation, and, most of all, the impact that the next onslaught of artificial intelligence will have on their life.
Small and large businesses, especially those with increased cash liabilities and loans to banks, will need help to adapt to the speed and immediacy that the market’s violent change and the global economy want.
Experts in Digital Marketing and Social Media marketing suggest we constantly create functional and attractive content for everyone, not just for their customers or prospective customers.
And at the end of the day, how much information (regardless of whether it is applicable) can you digest, in the minimal precious free time they give you, and from what medium? TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter?
But there is a problem, and this is none other than the logarithmic growth of the particular Videos and the credibility they may have!
Lack of trust leads to the loss of Hope.

In the coming years, almost everything we know will change, and the scientists of economics, entrepreneurship, and other fields involved in this violent change will be forced to rewrite their books with the help of a Robot This time!

Even large Organizations such as Banks in the coming years will disappear at least in the way we have perceived them until now, with the implementation of the new Economy, which, among other things, will eliminate intermediaries and excessive wealth and its abuse since it will be considered and this as one of the causes of the decline of the generation that currently holds global power and wealth, and will ultimately prove to be insufficiently underweight (the entire political world, aggregated and international) and irresponsible, in the transition from the old world of values in the new world of ideas.

James Hillman, 1926-2011, was an American psychologist.

Hillman sees the soul at work in imagination, fantasy, myth, and metaphor.
He also sees the soul revealed in psychopathology, in the symptoms of psychological disorders.
Psyche-pathos-logos is the “speech of the suffering soul” or the soul’s suffering of meaning.
A significant portion of Hillman’s thought attempts to attend to the soul’s speech as it is revealed via images and fantasies.

Conclusion oppinion
Suppose we try to find the appropriate solutions for our business with tools built in the past (without underestimating them).
In that case, we will lose the ability to synthesize the near picture of a dystopian future.
Absurd times call for fantastic solutions.
